If the item you ordered does not work for you we will gladly offer a exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange after 7 days. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a exchange your item must be unworn in the original condition with tags attached. To complete the return we require the packing slip or order receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received the item.

Only full priced items can be exchanged, all sale items are FINAL SALE.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning exchange items and receiving the new item. Please send us a email at hijabimama@hotmail to request a exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when you are returning a item for exchange. The customer is responsible any fees or taxes that incur when the item is returned. We are not responsible for any lost items.
