Shipping policy

We offer Free shipping for orders over $125 in Canada and free shipping on orders over $150 to USA, $10 flat rate shipping to Canada and the USA for all other orders. 

Free local pick up is available from Pickering at the checkout. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive a email with the pick up address. Pick up orders are ready 2-3 days after your have placed your order, if you require your order sooner please contact us through the chat box on our website. 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders. Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information if you have chosen to ship with tracking.

Delivery time. 

Once the order has been processed please allow 3-7 business days for shipping to Canada and 7-10 business days for USA orders. 

Orders outside of North America without tracking take up to 21 business days, Orders with tracking take 10-14 working days.
